I moved into Silverado Apartments in Dec. of 2005. From the first night that my head hit the pillow here, I was fighting off roaches! I do NOT live the kind of life style that would attract bugs. I am a single mother and this terror has to stop. These bugs are getting out of control. I am not sure if it is the complex or what. If you read through the complaints you will find someone who complained about a kid running all hours of the night,well they luckily got out of here, and put me in their place. They never did anything about the problem before moving me in. I thought I had found a good apartment with a great staff, and yes the staff isn't half bad, but the apartment sucks. I complain every week about my bug problem (now going on 7 months) and they do nothing about it. I want out of here. This is by far the worst living situation imaginable. They don't even care that people are having to live with BIG ASS ROACHES!!

I feel your pain. I lived at Silverado for a year under the old management, which wasn't much better. Roaches carry diseases and can cause asthma problems for your children. You need to take pictures of the roaches and send them to the corporate office. If nothing is still done, break your lease and fight Silverado in court. Take the pictures of the roaches and the judge will have a stroke and tell Silverado to stick it. I killed one and got out a ruler and it measured almost 2 inches. GOOD LUCK!!

file a class action law sutie against them, there are 42 of them in ohio going against them,i use to work for them in columbus ,ohio an found out how crooked they are,they just want your money.they are a bunch of crooks, i hated working for them,because they ripped people off an didn't care if the residents problem was fixed,the maintenance department only gets a 250 budget a month,some parts cost more than that.file a law suite angainst them

Geez...I feel your pain too, a roach woke me up at 3am, it was so gross..I haven't slept soundly since!!
