Can't Wait to Move

Alrighty, so where to begin...my fiance and I moved in here in June 2006. We put our deposit down in March and we were to move in June 5th which was a Monday. A "lovely" person from the office called us Friday the 2nd at 2pm to inform us that our apartment will not be ready until June 9th (Friday)because the person living here before us didn't get out in time. So after much crying, calling the Better Business Bureau, and listening to the office person not really care about what I was saying, they agreed to let us move in after 5pm on Monday the 5th because my fiance had to be out of his apartment by the 6th. So we got here about 30 minutes prior to fill out the necessary paperwork and at 5:20 the same office person said that our apartment still was not ready because the cleaning people had arrived late. The cleaning people, we found out, come from Denton. Who would hire people from Denton to clean an apartment in Frisco when there are plenty of cleaning companies in Frisco' So we moved in and I don't understand why it took them 3 weeks to fix a dryer vent that was clogged by bird's nests. I also don't understand why people can leave their trash bags (we are talking at least 5 bags)on their porch that is facing my apartment patio. We have two small dogs and I am very sure to clean up after my dogs no matter who is watching or at what times unlike others in the apartments who let their dogs run around without leashes and let the poop lie on the ground. With my horrible move in experience and the overall grumpiness of the office staff, which I dread having to speak with them for anything, I took pictures of everything that was wrong with the apartment and will take pictures of how we leave things to ensure they don't try to hustle us out of money in the end. The office staff is really the worst part of Silverado because they act like the don't care and they are never in the office during office hours. What is the point of office hours then' They don't return phone calls either. I can't wait to move out of here. We will see how "wonderful" moving out can be.

you won't get your deposit back,an you will owe them money because the manager needs to get her 4000 dollar bonus everymonth,for reporting every possilbe thing wrong with your place,trust me join the rest of the tenants in ohio an file a class action law suite against them, i worked for them in columbus ohio,an i seen how crooked this company is.
