What a dump this place has turned into! The grounds are filty, trash and litter all over.

Dumpster area is a health hazzard.

The staff are lazy and just plain do not care.

I understand this is typical of their management style.

What is up with people hanging curtains on their patios' And foil on the windows' I could have sworn this was Frisco not Oak Cliff.

What a shame that a simple management change could turn a place into a getto.
