There are rats in the walls and the management has done nothing about it and they think it's funny. The security gates are broken 98% of the time and when they do work you have trouble getting your key card to open them. Trash is a constant problem. The staff has changed at least 5 times in the last 18 months. I asked for the owners of the complex's name and they refused to give it out saying that they wouldn't talk to me. This is the most unprofessional apartment complex I have ever lived at. They expect perfection from tenants yet are far from offering any. They put a note on the mail slot on the 2nd of January(being closed on the first) saying that if you rent wasn't in by 11:00am it would be late and a $75.00 late fee would be added at 11:01am. Very true about the rats. We found rat dropping all over in our garage and in our CAR! I told management about it and they didn't seem to care much. So I went and bought 8 glue traps and I ended up catched 6 rats in my garage alone! I know of another person that rents there who said that rats ruined all their storage.
