These apartments were a great deal and nice on the inside, but when we came to walk the apartment there was writing all over the siding and light fixtures outside were dangling off the walls and the basketball court was torn to shreds.
We opted to play it safe and only sign a 6 month lease, and was i ever glad that we did.
We were happy that we got an apartment not directly off the street because Austin Ranch was sooo loud, but i didn't know that our new apartment was going to have screaming children with no parents in sight EVERY SINGLE DAY.
The managment team also informed me that they were resposible for all the damage to the exterior of the apartments.
So if your interested in coming home to relax, don't come here!! After repeated requests to parents and management nothing has changed.And the parking is AWFUL.
