Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Terrible service from management and office staff. Nothing gets repaired at a timely manner. Leaks into apartment are ignored. Office staff doesn't return calls, doesn't acknowledge letters of complaint, and doesn't repair items.
Automatic gates to complex often times left open and often times don't work properly.
