Horrible living situation!

I moved to Silverado approximately 2 years ago.
From day one I had problems with pests in my apartment.
After about a year my ceiling caved in and water poured all over my living area.
After a month of calling them daily and filing complaints with the better business bereau they came and painted the ceiling.
They did nothing about the water that sat up there for a month and did nothing about the bubbling of the paint on the walls where the water ran down.
They said your carpet should be fine so we won't replace that.
The water sat on the carpet for a month as well and they can say there's no mold.
It is now 5 months into the whole leaking ceiling and it still leaks every time it rains.
They will do nothing to fix it as "we have done our best".
They are forcing me to live here for an extra month for $900 because the move out notice I submitted to their corporate office was not enough.
Do anything you can not to move here.
I'm sure you would have problems as everyone else here has.
