I always believed that people only took the time to write reviews if they were disappointed, and that happy tennants never thought to post a good review. Sooo, I was prepared to post a nice review because of that thought... until recently. We had a great experience here until the Apartment complex was bought out by a new management corporation. When we needed to move, we submitted our 60 day notice as we were asked to, but the assistant manager (who had been here for two days) tried to tell us that we would be bound to the end of our term no matter what we did and that to leave would LITTERALLY cost us thousands of dollars. She was rude, interrupted, and made mocking comments toward us. My family owns a business and we pride ourselves on being polite and professional with our clients. Apparently that's not a concern here as they smarted-off to us. We are meeting with the manager soon and getting out no matter what we have to pay. You could not pay me money to stay here any longer. I'm offended and feel like I have no rights as a tennant. Don't get screwed, find another apartment complex. My sister lives across preston in Sonsrena apartments and loves it, they are kind and accommadating.
