I have been a resident almost 2 years now and will not be renewing my lease. I preferred the old management to the new and I don't quite understand why they got rid of good management.

Parking is horrible unless you have a garage.

Trash is a big problem cause of just one dumpster.

Management is fake and they make financial errors. They tried to charge me for a garage I don't have.

Rent is way way way too much!

Rodents are a constant problem.

Just know what you are getting into before you rent here.
