Garbage problems & rats!!

There is no more curbside trash pick-up which is causing horrible odors and rats running around the complex.

They refuse to add more trash dumpsters.

Management breaks the trash pick-up clause in my lease, but if a renter breaks a clause, I'm sure they would start the eviction process.

Management is very rude and ignorant when you come in with a problem.
