Black Mold

This is the 2nd time I've leased here and I forgot that when I moved out the first time there was black mold covering the wall behind the refrigerator.
Now I'm moving for the 2nd time from here and there is black mold behind the toilet.
Could this be why I've been sick every month for the past 6 months' Not only that, there are more and more sketchy looking people moving in and the noise level from the neighbors is incredible! DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Two Questions:
1. Why has "anonymous" twice rented from this apartment complex, if was unsatisfied the first time?
2. Mold is always an issue somewhere. Did this person call maintenance to correct BOTH mold episodes? And were they handled to his/her satisfaction? That is when one needs to gripe...when management ignores or does a sloppy job to "correct" the mold issue.
3. "Sketchy" looking people? What is that? How a person is dressed does not always indicate their character. So long as crime is minimal, then learn to live with diversity.
