I have been trying since before Thanksgiving to get a working microwave. It is now December 23rd and the problem still have not been resolved even after numerous messages and conversations with the office.

Oh, also. I didn't really know the previous manager. When I came to view an apartment for my mother, she was here and not so nice to us. Sort of rude and my mom was no longer interested. Kim is nicer. But being new, she seems to feel that she dont need to take care of "everything" like the previous manager. Kim feels that simple things that comes by, the other Agents can handle, they really dont need the Manager for every little thing. Which is true, but the Agents dont really know and Kim need to communicate that better. I had a locator place me here. She needed a confirmation completed and Erica left it for Kim. Kim felt that Erica can do it and it dont need a Manager. So, I had to come down, call my locator, sit while she faxed it and Kim talked to Erica about it and Erica filled it out and faxed it over. It didn't matter to the locator who filled it out, as long as it was an employee of the Complex. So, yea, they need to communicate about the fact the Manager is giving more responsiblity to the Leasing Agents that the previous Manager wanted to control herself. Just my thoughts on it. :-)

Since new Manager - Kimberly - has taken over, issues seem to fall by the wayside. Debbie Cooper (prior Mgr) took care of things much better. She still works for company and works at another apt complex in area - see if you can get in touch with her to help you resolve issue. 01/06/09 Addendum: friley, be fair. The apt complex OWNS the Microwave appliance, and it is under contract that THEY are to provide this appliance, not the tenant. It's the cost of doing business, as they can write it off their corporate taxes.
