I have lived at Silverado for over a year now.
I pretty much keep to myself so I have never had a problem with the office staff or any of my neighbors.
I do not cause any trouble and I pay my rent on time, every time.
They have always promptly answered my maintenance requests and done a good job.
Now, the parking is a different issue.
Like all the other posts say.....
if it is after 9 pm around my building I might as well forget it.
It is really scary coming home from a night out and literally having to park on the OTHER side of the complex.
They did not put much thought into parking.
Also I have noticed the type of tenants are going down hill.
The children do run around unattended and seem to get into whatever, wherever and whenever.
That is not the apartments fault however, something should be brought to the parents attention.
Being down at the pool over the summer can be an issue as well.
I do have a little one and the same kids that run around the complex make their way to the pool, once again UNATTENDED.
They extremely foul mouths and do not respect the people around them.

It appears that the owners (as well as architects) took too much into account how the garages w/b used. Most garages are probably used for storage, which further limits parking. Consider also, that each unit has 2 or MORE working adults, each requiring a vehicle...well the numbers don't add up well. It's so tight that regular autos are parking in areas deemed HANDICAPPED ONLY (car slot & stripped ramps) & the 5-Minute Mail Pickup spots. There is definitely an on-going battle of the parking slots. The owners need to consider promoting the rental of garage units for cars, by dropping their $75 fee to $50 or under. That assures continued revenue for them, and opens up some parking for us.
