The only rule enforced is that you pay your rent on time! They don't care about noise, theft, out of control teens, motor scooters being ridden in the breezeways, trash, dog poop, cigarette butts thrown everywhere or loud music. We have many friends and a family member who live here and ALL of them have had the same horrible experiences trying to get management to enforce the rules. This was a nice place 3 years ago but now it is the equivilant of living in the "over priced hood!!!!" Do NOT rent here - all management cares about is collecting rent and filling up apartments with loud bodies - so they can get more rent. Oh - mail delivery sucks - we get everyone elses mail but our own. There is no insulation in the walls and electric bills are through the roof! You can hear your neighbor flush the toilet!!! Very cheap carpet - mine is unraveling at every seam. And no they don't want to fix it. Paint job is shoddy - paint flecks all over my bathtub.
