Pros: Large sq footage in 1 bedrooms, and large garages than most communities. Mngt has a better grip on landscaping. Homes are decent energy eff.

Cons: Be careful what mngt quotes you. True, market rates flex, but they swear they never told you that price before. Witnessed 3 cases of TAA and EHO violations.
