When I first moved in back in June of 2002, I felt like I had moved to a great, safe community. Now it is July of 2004 and I just recently signed my 3rd year lease and I still feel the same way I did back in 2002.

People are extremely friendly. The grounds are kept up on a regular basis and they are constantly keeping up with regular maintenance as in painting the lines in the parking lot, painting the railings, painting the doors, etc. They really take pride in their community here and it has been a great home of mine and I am happy to be living here.

It is relatively quiet, even when there are people at the pool, the noise I hear is quite minimal and I live very close to the pool. I think people believe they will get 100% silence when moving into an apartment, but that is not the case. You are going to hear some noise with so many people living around you. If that is not for you, then you need to move out into a house in the country away from the city!

The last thing I would like to say is that I feel very safe no matter what time of the day or night I am out walking my dog. This is a family community and there are quite a few kids around, but they don't cause any trouble and after all, they are just kids being kids. That is in response to the reviewer who was complaining about the kids here. I have never had any trouble with them and just remember, we were all kids at one point in our lives.

With all that said, I would recommend this community to others for a great place to live. If you come by for a tour, ask for Matt Mitchell in the leasing office. He was the Leasing Agent who hooked me up with my apartment and he always takes the time to say hello when he is out and about on the property.

This community and staff is First Class all the way!! Way to go Sonsrena!

Oh, one other thing in response to the reviewer who said the only thing Sonsrena cared about was getting the rent on time. Well, you know when it's due, so as long as you have it to them on time, what's the big deal'' You're expected to pay on time at the same time every month. :-)
