Parking is a nightmare, especially if you have more than one car. There are no assigned parking spots, so you will find party people's friends taking up all the spaces. There are often parties at the pool areas until daylight, they don't enforce the rule that the pools close at 10:00pm. Walls and ceiling must be really thin, because you can hear every footstep above you, and you know when the people next to you are showering or using the toilet. They refer to one area as the pond, but really it is a large drainage area that is filled with weeds atleast 4ft high, here you will get bitten to death by mosquitos and watch your children because you could easily lose them if they wonder in. Only a few of the personnel is friendly and one of them is extremely rude and plain out mean. This person is on cookie patrol, so make sure your child doesn't take more than one, or he will chase them down and make them cry. They will try to add alot of unexplained expenses to your move. Forget about your security deposit because no matter how neat a person you are or how clean you make your apartment, they will nit pick about every scratch and never give it back. The security gates are open more than they are closed, so anyone can get in and they do. In the gym you will find alot of nice looking state of the art equipment, it's a shame that only a few of them actually work. If you have a package dropped off at the office, they will lose it and then leave you a note days later telling you to pick it up. On appearance the office and the apartments look very nice, but looks can be deceiving and in this case they are.
