Last neighbor was noisy as ---- and the new dickhead that moved in is even worse. I had to call the cops on the guy and he just moved in today. In general this place is really ------. Go elsewhere.

You called the cops the first day the guy moved in before talking to management or the person giving you trouble? Sounds like you are the trouble maker, but then again you didn't post the entire situation.
