The complex has become full of college-aged pot smokers who party at the pool until 2am and leave their garbage everywhere.
I have the Frisco Police investigating stolen cars that are being abandoned on the property and I am waiting to hear back from them.
The walls are pretty thin so you get to hear your neighbors talking, laughing, coughing and of course -------.
Also if you want to lease here you will have to cough up about $30 extra every month for a $50,000 renters insurance policy.
This place is really bad, just stay away.
