I have stayed quiet never complained but man this management sucks.
No customer service skills, no respect once they hook you.
I actually came in under other management that was awesome then they sold out and this place went to HELL.
I guess this is what they mean by "corporate".
No little people just pay the rent and shut up we don't want to hear it.
No soliciting means flyers all over all the time.
Security gates lay on the ground or open 95% of the time.
No credit for that! But we pay more to have the "security" The state of the art gym is ----! Most equipment is broken down and poor condition.
