Everything is what you would expect from an apartment community with typical goods and bads however the smell of dog waste is horrible. We received a community wide letter explaining that waste must be pick up and now there seems to be even more. Not to mention the number of dogs both large and small running around without a leash. I have loved this place for years but the smell is that bad and so few dogs on leashes that I am looking at moving. When they drive you around looking at the property, stop get out and look, look by the mailbox where everybody brings their dog to go when they get their mail, look around the pools. See and smell for yourself. Keep this in mind if you have kids who like to play outside. I do like dogs I just cant stand irresponsible owners. If one cant pick up after their pet, they should not have one.

Most things are good here but if my kids cant play on the grass and I cant open my windows on some days due to the dog waste I have to say no. Sonserna is very nice but I feel as though you can only enjoy it from the inside of your apartment. Animal waste is a health issue and not some little problem like gates or noise. I agree that if one cant deal with small problems they need to buy a house but health issues are not something that an apartment renter should have to deal with and that is why I wouldn't recommend it to someone.
