Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
They intice with good 'move in specials' but dont fall for it. The apartments are WAY over-priced and even if you get a decent deal when you go to renew your lease you end up paying the always inflated market price. The office staff is not helpful and downright rude. Please take my word for it - dont move here.
Did I mention that you can hear everything your neighbors do at all hours.
