My boyfriend and I moved in about a month ago.

The staff, overall, was pleasant to deal with, and have continued to do well for us.

We did have a problem with a part-time seasonal employee, however.

This person gave us a projected date the apartment would be available, and we put money down to hold our apartment until that date.

This employee (who is now a full-time staff member) had given us a date that actually WOULD NOT work.

The apartment then told us we would have to start paying the actual rent past this date in order to keep the apartment.

We were able to speak with a manager and won the battle to continue paying a pro-rated rate as we were not living there at the time.

My boyfriend and I love the layout of our apartment.

It is very large, on the corner, and has a nice-sized wrap-around balcony.

There is a fire notice on the balcony stating that we cannot grill, though.

Our apartment was nice when we began moving in, but it had a smell like the previous tenants had been smokers, and neither of us are.

The other problem we have had is ANTS.

We have had them since the day we moved in and we had ZERO food in the house.

We have had trouble with the staff responding in this area.

We contacted them once, and they came and evaluated but did not spray.

We are now on the third time calling them, and hopefully they are spraying today.

Overall, I am very happy.

I am able to park in a nice-sized garage and not be concerned for my safety.

Our neighbors are considerate and I do not have any complaints on noise or partying.

I have not had a chance to visit the gym or pools but from the outside they look fine.

I do recommend this, and it does feel like a home.
