I been living here for several years and I never really have had any problems, I know when my rent is DUE and I allways pay on time or early, they run a buisness not a charity I've seen lots of complaints about peeps not being able to get them to work with them when they dont pay on time, I'd expect to have to pay late fees.

We all have our bills just line up prioritys.

I have called on occoasions when something breaks and allways get help fast and with courtosy, the maint people really do make a differance here they should get MANY kudos IMO.

I live kinda off in the back far corner and I never have trouble with parking allways seems like its easily available, hats off to managment imo because I have lived places were you couldnt park a car without sitting in the lot waiting for someone to leave, with all the no doubt unknown roomys aka 8 people sharing a place with 6 broken cars and 10 running ones! NOT a problem here! the lot is well kept and the managment seems to have gotten better at their gate maintance and I know for a fact that gates rarely break if morons dont run into them! There are a few places I think they could improve but I say job well done and am happy to live here.

P.S.

I read the post about the gangsters, there for a while it did seem like it was getting "rough" but it seems like they weed out the bad desions pretty quick, I know some of the trouble makers that was back in the back were I live didnt last long...and I know it wasnt because they had a 2 month lease;)
