You can find a better place to live.
One tenant used Frisco Family Services to pay rent while they dealt heroin until someone overdosed and died in Building 16! The jakuzzi doubles as a crack hole late nights.
Lease agent, ------was a drunk and slept with men-- on the property--- while employed as a lease agent. Slut! She was promoted to a sister property on Ohio after a complaint. She fattened up..and got even more hateful and unprofessional, if that is possible..maybe in recovery. Meth is a big problem there.
The other urchin, her bizarre ---------------------, frequently marketed her prurient five-year-old at an adult pool to do vulgar cheers for complete and total strangers-- men getting drunk at the pool. One day I caught one playing with her under the water in the hot tub.
I yelled, "Hey! Are You her dad'!"
He said, " I don't know who she is."
WHERE was this kid's Mom'' Getting high' You could hear her and the husband fighting and breaking things all over the property because she got pregnant a third time! The baby was bi-racial and they were both white (with two white older children). THE POINT IS, I don't want to hear about these peoples' problems at my home. They aren't my problems nor do I live a way of life that I would tolerate this dysfunction.
------is rude, stupid, hateful, often drunk (or worse) and I would never hire her for anything, not even to walk my dog. And I definitely don't want her to ever have a key to my house.
Lots of violence and late night noise. The floors are old linoleum you see in rat-holes. No insulation so electricity cost is OUTRAGEOUS in the summer. There are better places to live, unless you are a meth junky, a pedophile, or a promiscuous drunkard. -----.

I am so disgusted by what I just read. How can you write something like this? If you know of illegal activity why don't you call the police? Also if there were a child in danger why would you not report it to CPS? This reviewer sounds like someone who obviously has a grudge against a girl that I have never even heard of when I go into the office. Everyone I have ever met in the ofiice is always friendly.

We just moved here; I agree with the second post - why would the first writer criticize someone's children because of their race. Being bi-racial is not a crime. I find that its very quiet here - my second week here. I am wondering what is that water in the back of building? Is it a sewer? Just wondering because it smelled like a sewer when I walked my pet. Re the people in the front office, I find Curtis and ----- to be very helpful. The first person is just an angry tenant who should go elsewhere to live if he/she cannot get along with others. I would like to get to know my neighbors and want to get along with everyone.
