I lived in a one bedroom apartment at sonsrena for almost 2 years. the staff in the office is nice, but either can't communicate with each other or intentionally play "pass the buck" games with touchy issues (potential drug dealers living next to you, disputes about moveout expenses, etc) until you are so frustrated you give up.
The maintenance staff are awesome. Always pleasant, always professional.
I was told BY THE PROPERTY MANAGER (not one of the others in the office) when I was moving out a stain in the carpet would be cleaned or patched, my deposit would cover the expense, no problem. Two weeks later I receive a bill for $350 for a carpet replacement. Discussions with the manager about this bill lead to roundabout contradictions and flat out misinformation from his side. I talked to him about this issue a couple of weeks *before* my move out date, and he keeps referring to a document that was dated 4 days *after* my move out as proof the carpet needs to be replaced.
The people moving into sonsrena at present include college students who have visitors of all shapes and sizes that stay for 5-10 minutes at a time, then leave. You tell ME that doesn't scream "drug dealer".
If you can deal with the management telling you one thing and doing another, by all means, enjoy life at sonsrena. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

If you would have talked to the property manager, which is a female not a male, I am more than sure you would have been taken care of here. I have lived here for a little over 7 years and I go straight to the property manager that way I know for sure things get done cause I have been in the boat where it doesn't get done until i started going straight to the property manager, Kendall.
