Security and safety is terrible at Sonsrena. It doesn't make me feel more at ease when I learn that somone is mugged or robbed, that a car is stolen or vandalized, or that in the past someone died ... . Security may be improved with additional security cameras especially around the mail area.

Maintenance is great when it gets done after many follow-up calls. The staff is friendly. However, there appears to be a lack of communication among the staff and between the staff and the maintenance crew. There is a lack of bike trails.

I like the Frisco location and the rent price is reasonable. I would recommend Sonsrena if these are your only concerns. However, I don't see how the entire community can't benefit from stronger security and safety. Changes need to be implemented NOW!

I am going on my 7th year living here and I can honestly say I have NEVER had a problem with any security issues. I have never felt unsafe and never had any problems walking around the property at night. Maintenance has also always been out within 24 hours of my request and gets the job done. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in the Frisco area.

I also have lived here for several years and I have never heard of someone getting robbed or mugged. I have dogs and I walk them at night and I feel very safe. I would recommend Sonsrena also to anyone looking for a great place to live. I feel that this person has other issues.
