One of my complaints is it took nearly 2 years for them to fix the jets in the hot tub! I have lived here for 3 years, and my air condittioning and heating has never worked properly. The maintenace guy had no idea what he was doing and was unable to fix it, even though he said he had. Just a month ago I decided to give them another shot on fixing my unit. A new guy came up and discovered that my unit outside would run when air was not even blowing inside the apartment. Now wonder I had electric bills that were $180 in a 1000 sq. ft. apartment. The insulation would not be any worse if I opened all of my windows, which does not help my bills either. Too bad they can't reimburse me for all that wasted money! Oh! And nobody was lying about the office staff. They have lost my rent checks and pet deposit check. They are not very organized or friendly.
