I just read some of the comments about the office staff and cannot believe how people react when they get the answer they don't want from someone. I've been here for over a year and have come into the office several times. I've witnessed the leasing girls and the managers get screamed at and yelled at. The rudeness of these people coming in is unbeliveable and the staff has not ever stooped to the level of these people and started screaming back or treating these people harshly. I've seen leasing girls get yelled at and they sit there taking the abuse from others and still work their hardest to help in any way they can. These are some of the hardest working leasing people I've seen and they have been verbally assaulted and still try to help everyone even though they are treated badly.
The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They've gotten things taken care of in an appropriate manner and have always smiled when I come in. You'll love it here.
