I have seen this very thing happen a hundred times... people walk into the office and immediately start berating the office staff and telling them how unresponsive and unprofessional they are. It usually goes on for a minute or two before they even bother to tell the poor girl what the problem is or why they came in. It's like a kamakaze attack on some of these poor girls. Overall I've found them to be very nice and helpful. However, I have always treated them with respect. I think if you walk into the office here and immediately cop an attitude with them... you will more than likely be treated the same in return.
