I have never been so rudely treated in all of my life. The manager in particular is quite rude. There are bug issues. Maintenance can't repair anything. Water leaks abound. Carpet was nasty on move in. Had been cleaned, but within a month all of the stains were showing back through again. And the worst of it is the electricity bill. Yea, the rent is cheap, but like someone else said you get what you pay for. So, glad to be moving out
