You Need A New Porter!!!!

When I first moved in here the grounds were kept really nice and clean. But the last several months they have gone down hill! For instance, I have seen the same trash in my breezeway since last week! I didn't want to get anyone in trouble but I am tired of it. The porter needs to spend more time on the grounds than in peoples apartments!!!!
