I've been here almost 2 years now and I haven't had any problems with my apartment. I live on the creekside so if I do need pest control they come out and it's taken care of...I guess if you don't clean your apartment you'd probably need pest control to come out every week.
My apartment's totally wicked! I have space and there's so much sunlight...it's so cool! I've never had a problem with the office staff. They're very friendly and have gotten everything for my apartment taken care of. They even remember my name and apartment# when I come in! I love it here and I have no intentions of moving!!
