Ive lived here for a few months now, the rent is cheap compared to others if you catch it at the right time. But the manager is definately not the most polite person ive ever met, to say the least. She has a very matter-of-fact attitude and acts like she could care less about alot of issues. The groundskeepers/porters/workers (most of them) are very loud and obnoxious. And the courtesy officer rarely deals with complaints. Other than that...
