- If you dont love ur sleep this is the right place to be.
- A/C units are in the bath room just by the bedroom. The pipes go thru the bedroom walls and make lot of noise.
- I filed a work order and its been 3 weeks since and the problem has not been addressed yet
- Even the corporate cannot do anything.
- The lady Karen from corporate wont return the calls.

I totally agree with this problem!! I have lived in this complex for 3 years now and have been dealing with an A/C problem for the past 2 summers.....which is still not fixed. My electric bill has hit a high of $300 in the summer months, but I am told that there is nothing wrong with the unit. The outside units are never serviced and the coils are covered with trash/lent causing it to work extra hard to cool the apartment. If the maint. supervisor would get out of his truck or the leasing office more often, some of the issues might get taken care of. I am moving soon, but will be in contact with Fox 4 reporters so that future residents will not have to pay the price!!!!!

I agree with the AC problems as well. Mine hasn't been working properly the whole time I've lived here including the heat in the winter. It gets so cold in my master bedroom it's like a meat locker! They've come out 3 or more times in the 20 months I've lived here and it still isn't quite right. I also agree with the pipes in the bedroom wall. I hear every time someone in my building turns their water on or flushes their toilet right by the head of my bed no matter what time of day or night!

thats funny mine went out and they asked me why i didnt call the emergency maitnence line to get it fixed they were at my door at 8 am got it fixed i am almost though another summer and not a problem in sight. i think the biggest problems that most have is laziness bc you wont get off you a-- and talk to the people they cant read your mind
