I have lived here a year now I am very happy. They have done so much work this summer getting the property repainted and doing several upgrades. We got new equipment in the fitness center. To answer the person who wrote a review before me. I have found Evelyn to always be nice and fair. Give her a legitment honest request and she will consider it and if its in her power do it if she can. The office can only do so much when it comes to the trash by the dumpsters and residents not picking up after their pets. They have a great porter that is out there every day. He picks up everything and I have seen him breaking down funiture residents have left so it will fit in the dumpster. There is only so much that can be done about lazy residents who won't put their trash in the dumpster and won't pick up after their pet. But if you know where they live report them to the office and I know they send them a letter. They are a great office they do what they can but they can't be every where all the time thats why they need our help.
