Till I talked to the Leasing manager, it wasn't Evelyn though. Either way, this lady was pretty rude. She talked down to me as if I was a small child or something' We wanted a 2 Br for a couple and another roomate, so 3 ppls total. Evidently that is completely prohibited here, you can only have 1 person per bedroom. So yea, if you live with your signifigant other, forget having anyone else living with you, because they won't allow it.

I still can't get over how rude the manager was. How the hell do they get tenants with that woman working there'! I walked in fairly excited to get such a cheap place and was ready to sign a lease, but after a few mins there I was fighting to hold back the slew of 4 letter words flowing through my head about the bi*** of a so called "Leasing Mgr" that I was listening to. Pay the extra $50/ month and go to Silverado or Stonebrook...Heck anywhere this lady isn't.

Also...
Co-Serve is the only choice for electric so expect to pay alot. You can get comcast for internet, which in my opinion, is the worst out there. I've had billing problems with them since day 1 and the service is poor when it works, if there is an outage, expect 1-2 weeks before its fixed and thats too bad, because they still make you pay for that 2 weeks.

I am Sheila the Leasing Manager at Stewart Creek I strive to be polite and courteous to everyone that walks through that door looking for a new home. Each management company has different criteria. Our criteria sheet we have you sign states two adults in a two bedroom and 3 adults in a three bedroom, it further states two people per bedroom. Our whole office stives to make Stewart Creek a great place to call home and are proud of this apartment community. As far as Co-Serv and Comcast alot of residents do use them and have had no problems with them. Yes you do have to use Co-Serv they are the electric provider for this area. As far as Comcast you can use them or get a satellite dish if it will work depending on which way your patio faces. I am here to welcome you into a great new apartment home.
