I have friends who live here, and I frequently come over. The dumpsters are always a complete mess; I can not believe they are not a health hazard. You can hear the people above them at all hours, and no matter who they talk to, the management or the tenants nothing has been done about it as I still hear all the noise. There are a million kids playing in the middle of the street with no supervision at all hours of the night. I never can find a parking place, and it does not help that people who do own garages do not park in them or in front of them, they take other parking spaces. I was going to rent from them but the manager Evelyn was so short and rude when I asked a question I just looked at her and said well you gave me my answer, I will not be leasing from you. Yes there are better places to live in Frisco, but not too many that are worse. No need to respond back as I dont live there and never will

good i wouldn't want a neighbor like you anyway as a neighbor. Actually Stewart Creek is one of the better apartment communities in Frisco. We have trash pick up mon wed and friday. They have guy out there every day putting trash in the dumpsters and making the dumpsters look good. So good move somewhere else obviously you had bad credit and couldn't get approved.

Resident0000 is full of ----. I used to live at Stewart Creek and it is the most filthy complex in Frisco. The trash in constantly overflowing and the office staff is very rude and the complex is geared toward white trash and ghetto inner-city types.

Glad you moved too I love stewart creek it is very clean and nice compare it to other properties in the area and you will see. Sad people have nothing better to than get on the site and bad mouth good properties.

resident0000 what are you talking about? Please don't mislead people. If you are looking at this apartment please drive in the complex and look at it for yourself. Bad credit? Have my own place do not need to live there....... get a clue. (Try grammar check next time)

If residents would put the trash in the dumpster instead of leaving at the side then it would look better and not be so lazy and leave furniture at the dumpsters and hall it away it like your suppose to. Trash pick up is on mon-wed-fri yes on the days the trash is not picked up when you have lazy people laying their trash by the dumpster its going to look bad. I see the potter out there every day putting trash in the dumpsters when he could be doing something else if people would do it for themselves. What do you suggest be done? As a resident that likes this community what would you do if you were manager?

I agree with the comment about the kids. I have kids bouncing balls off the dumpster outside my bedroom window at all hours of the day and night. I wonder if these kids even have parents! I've even found them drinking at the pool at night with no parental supervision and performing sexual acts in the pool. These kids are no older than 13!!! Try calling the Frisco cops and getting them to give a damn!

Sounds to me that the management is coming onto this website and responding to each complaint. I highly doubt the nasty responses to people that complain are true residents of the apartment complex. Sounds like a fake to me, resident0001!

That is exactly what the management staff does. I am an ex employee and know for a fact they do get on this website and respond to bad comments. I have seen them do it!!!
