Management is awful. Its all about ripping you off.
They are rude in the office. We were there 2 years and the place was nice but no on wants to go to the office. The manager and others are only out to get what money they can. We have moved to another complex and they are so nice and fair. They are in it for us, the tenants, not the money. Not sure who owns the place but SCreek is horrible. I have also lived here for 2 years and I am very happy. I don't feel like I am being ripped off. The office and maintenance staff are great and always great me with a smile when I come the office. I love it here.

I'm with you res! I love it here. Everyone in the office has been nothing but nice since we've been here. Especially since the rude one is gone. This person must be a Silverado employee.
