We had nothings but problem since we moved into this place, but never complained. You can say we were the perfect tenants. We paid our rent way ahead of time, tolerate the thin walls, the hard carpet that you can't even walk barefoot, and my car getting keyed. We found a house and notified the office, which we were told to do when we signed our lease. The very next day, they put a nasty letter on our door and was picky about the smallest things when clearly the neighbors were not doing what they were supposed to. If you ever see yourself moving out of an apartment, don't come here. They want to screw you for your money.

Feel free to try the properties downt the street I promise you Stewart Creek is paradise compared them. What the heck do expect the office to do about thin walls sorry honey thats apartment living you can always here your neighbors deal with or move. These are great apartments I love it here glad your moving who needs bitchy neighbors like you anyways

Why hide behind Anonymous? If drug dealers and prostitutes at Stewart Creek apartments and the "Ghetto" people you speak of,then no one will want any part of this trashy place. It doesn't sound safe at all,or a clean place to live. Before reading any reviews my neice had the pleasure of meeting the lovely manager. When my neice turned her application in,the manager only saw my neices age and was rude and would not allow her to speak. She tried to BULLY her,The manager said I'm sorry you don't qualify,over and over. What 19 Y/O college freshman that makes $14.95 per hour and does not qualify for a one bedroom?? She sure changed her tune when she saw her check stub and total income for the last few months, and all of a sudden with her sickly sweet voice said,oh, we welcome you. It will be so nice to have you here..Manager needs a job she likes! People who deal with the public are usually sick of it.They think all people are the same,and all lie,and all behind on the bills!!~ Were not all the same.
