I would not recommend moving into Stewart Creek. Everything is pretty good until you have a problem.

I had no complaints when I first moved in, yeah the dumpsters need to be emptied more often, but it didn't really bother me. The apartments are average. Nothing too special. I had a maintenance issue early on and they were out the same day to fix it.

THEN, when you rub the manager the wrong way you can forget about having a pleasant experience from then on out. I agree with the previous postings that she is extremely rude, unprofessional and just over-all doesn't care. I should've known when I signed the lease and the employee helping me asked that I write something a certain way so her boss wouldn't get on to her about it because she was really picky.

Since then, I have had another maintenance issue. It has been almost two weeks and no one has even responded to my request.

Not only that, but the gates at the front are ALWAYS broken and with the increase in attacks at apartment complexes in Frisco over the past few months something more needs to be done.

I do agree that the gate breaks often but they are just the cheap-o bars that people could drive right through it. Drivers break it all the time because they try to beat the gate before it goes down. Most of the time it is fixed within a couple of days, however, there was one time that it was broken for about 3 weeks and that was because they were waiting on an order of gates to come in. Frisco has very low crime rates and I have never heard of any attack at apartments in Frisco, plus the police station is literally down the road.
