I lived at stewart Creek for over 5 years and loved it. I am in fact thinking of moving back now that I am back in Frisco. Great price, pretty property. I love it that the manager is strict as that makes it a better community. Being in property management myself and for a different company I know what she must go through. The people that usually write bad comments about this community are the ones that are being asked to pay rent on time or comply with the rules and when they do not comply they of course, receive a notice of violation and they do not like it.
Again, if you are looking for a nice community with good prices and a manager that will do her job and make sure the community stays nice then move here.

I agree with you that Stewart Creek is a good place to live we were there for 7 months. I don't agree that people who write bad comments about a community are the ones who don't pay rent and don't follow rules. It's is designed to be where people can let other people know what problems they have at different times. And there are problems... It's not just for people who like where they live.
