My family and I kind of like the place ourselves. Sure the dumpsters tend to fill up but are usually empty inside of 48hrs. It would probably help if the city emptied them more and if the lazy azzed types could find the strength to heave their twinkie wrappers and soda cans in. The walls could be thicker but it's no worse than most apartment complexes. I do wish the gates were more substantial but we'll deal. We've not really gotten to know the management but the folks in the office and maintenance have been pretty helpful.
After reading the negative reviews it looks like 95% are by the very people who were at some point called out for trying to turn the place into a pit, probably couldn't figure out that bedsheets do not make a suitable substitute for curtains or why they couldn't use the balcony for an outside storage shed. For that matter some are so far over the top as to be laughable if it weren't so obvious the authors could benefit from an afternoon of electroshock.

No, just wait until you move out and they try to extort money from you for things that were never wrong. I have proof they are liars. I took pics when I moved in and when I moved out. I have a copy of the walk through sheet when I moved out of the apartment that shows nothing wrong with the apartment but some nail holes. Suddenly they came up with a $3500 bill 3 months later.
The bathtubs are cheap. I'm a very clean person. I clean my house every day. Nothing cleaned the bottom of that plastic tub. The little grooves at the bottom do nothing but hold dirt.
Oh then there were the 5 times I had to call maintenance because the bathtub water was leaking out of the handle that turns it on and off. I work and was not home when he would come. THe smartass would leave a note that he found no water. Well of course there was no standing water because i cleaned it up. Had he bent the big pot belly over and ran water into the tub he would have seen it. Then the last straw was when he again came the last time and still didn't run the water. Instead he put tub guards on the corners of the outside. I wasn't splashing the water out. So the next day I stayed home from work and got the manager, brought her to the apartment, and ran the freaking water in front of her. It got fixed a few days later.
Of course we all know that most of the time when someone posts something good about a complex on here it's actually someone who WORKS for the complex trying to pretend to be a resident. We aren't stupid, sweetheart.
If you are a real resident, which I doubt, just wait until you move out. You will be eating those words I assure you. I have several friends who also lived there in the past. They did the same thing to every one of them. It's a regular thing for them to extort money.
