Complex has always been a thorn in Frisco's side. Owner and management do not care about the up-keep of this place. Crime is on-going i.e., car breal-ins, fights, vandalism, etc. Frisco Police have all but given up. In one police officer's own words - "If management doesn't care, why should we'" Leases are made to young "thugs" who often have loud parties. They often "cruise" through complex with loud bass music that will rattle your windows. Trash is strewn throughout complex. Although speed bumps are in place, speeding is a major problem. Children are playing outside at all hours with no supervision. Management does not enforce community policies. Fixtures, carpet, tile, etc. are cheap and of poor quality. Office management, maintenance have high turnover. New faces all the time, with same bad attitude.
