I really enjoyed my living experience at Plantation Villas when I lived there; granted, that was 2 years ago so it may have changed since then.

Bad Stuff: I never had any major problems but here were a few minor things. The grounds crew was pretty noisy but I figure that's better than having no grounds crew at all. The "business center" consisted of a computer that was in poor condition. Need to check your email' Forget it..not on that thing. When I looked at the apartment before I moved in, the carpet in the bathroom was frayed. It looked crappy but was never replaced or repaired. At least I wasn't charged for that so I really don't care. That's about it though.

Good Stuff: Where to begin! First of all the staff was great. They were always helpful and attentive. When I lost my job they really helped me out in finding someone to take my lease so I wouldn't have to break it. A lot of apartments out there would say "Tough" and have me suck it but these people really exemplified what a management team should be. The apartment was beautiful, I always had plenty of hot water, the pool was great, overall- a great place to live. I would still be there now if I could.

But again, here's the disclaimer- that was 2001 and I can't speak for how the place is now. Staffs change sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse...hopefully they have stayed the same.
