Questionable Neighbors and too many break-ins

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
We had a horrible experience. We lived there for a bout two years (two Looong years) and moved out for the following reasons:
1. The empty apt. above me was broken into four times by teens who wanted a place to party.
2. I had the frisco police number memorized; I had to call them every week for unruley neighbors.
3. The management is non-existent. And when you did get a hold of them good luck at getting any immediate response to your problems or concerns.
Avoid this property if you can. You would be much happier some where else.
