I moved into Plantation in 2001 and absolutely loved it. The management was very professional and caring under Fairfield, and has remained to a lesser degree under Sherman Properties. One time my lease had expired and I hadn't received notice to renew so they were beginning to charge the month-to-month rate. I brought it to their attention that I would have renewed if I had been informed, and instead of throwing a fit they did allow me to rollback my renewal, so I thought that was pretty nice of them since they didn't have to (either that or they're having problems retaining business as the apt above me has been empty for 1/2 a year at least!!!). The place is alot quieter than it was in 01 when construction was going on everywhere. Now they are putting in a hospital or medical offices across from Lebanon and it's quite a sore site for someone who would just prefer the open field that was there before. The only place I have to compare this place with in the area is North Plano (Ridgeview apts @ 121 & Independence) where my girl friend has plenty of white trash/minority neighbors...I do not have that problem.

Does anyone believe someone who posts such a flowerly account anonymously could possibly be a resident and NOT a management staff member?
