I just moved out the end of January because I bought a house. I lived there for 2 years & enjoyed most of my stay. I am a single female & I felt very comfortable & safe there.

I was late on my rent one time & was required to pay back the special for that month, but after I found out I signed a contract agreeing to that fact, I was fine with it. It tought me not to be late again.

I always enjoyed the management & the things they did for the tenants. I met a lot of my neighbors that way.

They built a dog park that I fell in love with. I was able to allow my dog to roam around without a leash while I sat on the bench watching.

I would suggest this place to any of my friends & co-workers. It's a nice place to call home. Just don't be late with your rent.
