i've lived here for 2 years. and i can honestly tell you the apartments have declined greatly. 1st of all, the new management crew is somewhat lost. they have promoted a few girls to management positions, that are in way over there head. (nice girls) just not management material. i was charged for a service that i didn't request. it took several weeks to resolve that problem, because the office crew couldn't get there stories straight. also, there is one person who lives in a 3 bedroom paying an (very) cheap rate. how do i know this' because he's been bragging about it. not to mention i've seen a memeber of the management crew coming out of there after business hours. and i don't think she's changing the light bulbs.. none the less. i guess you find problems everywhere. i'm just ready to find a problem elsewhere.. i will miss the golf course and thats about it

the reason you see management on site after hours is because they live there!!!!!! Regardless of the charge, at least they reversed it. It doesnt seem like you really have anything valid to complain about, I have lived here for 3 years and would not go anywhere else, I have refered about 15 residents all of who love it here!

I know 2 of the employees that live on property & they are good friends. That's probaly why you see her coming out of his apartment. I guess you don't have friends at work...do you? Quit being so nosey & worry about yourself. Move out if you're not happy! I too have referred several people here & they love it!

Look BEAR11700 the reason why you had people referred here is because you work here and give your friends good deals unlike everyone else. Obviously there are some problems at the apartment complex and that means you are not doing your job correctly which is making sure people are HAPPY besides your friends that live here. You need to stop being an ass, and open your eyes, and stop writing good things that are not true just to ge4t the ratings up.

Yep, management has had an exremely high rate of turnover - I've lived there for 3 yrs. The quality of service has sharply dropped off. It could be worse. Attractive place. Basically decent rent.
