I moved in the apartments in 2003.I ask myself all the time why I am still living here, I just thought ok it was cheap for living in Frisco and I really just hate moving all my stuff from place to place. Well I thought it was cheap until they dump all the fee's out, ALL FEE'S ARE, ARE THE BONUS CHECKS FOR THE EMPLOYEES. I decided to get a bigger apartment so I decided to stay here and get a 2 bedroom just to have more room, I moved out of my one bedroom early because they needed to have it ready for someother guy. So the MANAGER let me move into my other apartment early with NO CHARGE. The day that I had moved in my 2 bedroom they had left me a flyer on my door saying that they needed to charge me for moving in 2days early. How stupied because I did them a favor to get out early so someone is can move in. Then 3 months later I get charged for $300 worth of damages in my old apartment. I never had people over nor was I messy, I have not yet paid it because its funny how they have not yet showed me a paper that has my damages on it. I think everyday they sit there at there desks and plot what fee's they will have next. I have a quetion for anyone, Do you get your apartment sprayed for bugs because I know I have not, ever since I have lived here. I know that it is a dollar every month , but if I'm paying for a service I want it done. Another thing there is way too much dog crap everywhere, especially by the trash were I do know that everyone walks to, I have stepped in it twice, and the puppy park that they have is nothing but a huge litter box. Another thing that sucks is that everytime I come home and there is some stupied flyer in bright colored paper that says come eat a hot dog another lame event thrown by the staff. WHO REALLY CARES AND WHO REALLY GOES. The staff is clueless about everything maybe thats why there is someone new everytime I walk in the place. One day I went to go pay my rent at the office, while I just wanted to drop off a check nothing else I had to stand there and wait for the dumb girl to get done with her personal phone call. Parking around here is terrible people just let there broken down cars sit there and rot in the parking space. One more thing who ever does that painting in the apartments have problems, on my walls you can see that huge clumps of hair that got painted over it's just flat out gross, but I sure when my lease is up I will be charged for that to. Luckily I am moving out soon and when I do I will have a huge smile on my face while I wave the finger as I drive away from this hell hole. Anything you hear that is good about the place is all written by the staff. DON'T BELIVEVE THEM.

-Why would you stay somewhere that you are obviously very unhappy & don't agree with anything they do? -$1 per month for pest control? So what?!!! -Did they make a mistake on your rent & still waived those days for you? Human error?!!! -Have you EVER asked for your statement to show you why you owe for your last apartment???? Your fault if you didn't! -I know there is a night drop that you could have dropped your rent check in & didn't have to stand there & wait for the employee to get off what I'm sure was NOT a personal phone call! -How about calling the office to complain about the cars you don't like? Have you done that??? -When it comes to the parties & get togethers they have, you laugh at them, but have you ever gone to one??? The pool party they had last year had over 300 people show up & I was one of them!!! They have over 75 prizes that they gave away & food enough for an army!!! Yes, people do attend these & if the office was to stop having them, I know a lot of us would be upset! You need to go live under a rock! You're unhappy with yourself & misery loves company! That's the only reason you wrote this!

Not cool at all! I saw that. That ought to be turned over to the State Attorney General for "outing a private individual upon public media". NOT COOL!
